Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Dentomed RCM for your revenue cycle management needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process. Please review the following policy:

2. Cancellation Procedure:

Clients are required to notify Dentomed RCM of their intention to cancel services within 2 working days of the service purchase.
Cancellation requests should be communicated through the provided support number or email.
3. Refund Criteria:

Dentomed RCM will refund the unused credit amount based on a fair evidence-based calculation.
The calculation will take into consideration the services provided and the remaining unused credit.
4. Coordination and Response:

It is the client’s responsibility to coordinate with Dentomed RCM for cancellation and refund requests.
Dentomed RCM will not be liable for refunds if the client fails to respond or coordinate within 7 working days of the service purchase.
5. Fair Evidence-Based Calculation:

The refund calculation will be based on a fair assessment of the services utilized and the remaining unused credit.
Dentomed RCM reserves the right to determine the validity of evidence provided by the client.
6. Exceptions:

Dentomed RCM may consider exceptions to the policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to review and approval.
7. Refund Processing:

Upon approval of the refund, Dentomed RCM will initiate the refund process in a timely manner.
8. Changes to the Policy:

Dentomed RCM reserves the right to modify this policy with or without notice.
